The core products include heat-pipe mould, soldering heatsink, Al-extrusion heatsink and kinds of heatsink used in telecommunication, computers, power suppliers, transducers, industry control equipment, medical devices, military industry and ect. CAFO was set up in 1993. At present, our company has 730 employees containing 35 senior engineers, 18 quality inspectors. There are soldering workshop, machining workshop, stamping workshop, Plastic workshop, heat pipe workshop, assembly workshop and etc. There′re also mechanical labs, thermal test lab, reliability lab, noise chamber and so on. We can produce the whole series heat sink products: Heat pipe modules, Alu-extrusion heatsink, liquid cold plates and film heaters. CAFO can produce product according to customer′s drawing and requirements.
